Gina Conway Aveda Salon Launch Party

I attended Award winning Gina Conway Aveda Salon and Spa Launch Summer Garden Party for they're newly opened Chelsea branch in Kings Road last night.

                                  My Invite:-

The Salon was transformed into a garden paradise.  Forget a red carpet, there was a green grass carpet, bringing the outdoors indoors with array of beautiful summer flowers and plants. The scene was set by Classical music being played throughout by Blue Topaz (a stylish female string trio). Also champagne,  summer cocktails and canapes were dished out during the course of the evening.

Myself and 2 of the ladies from Blue Topaz

          Canape anyone??

Highlights included ethical fashion displays by local designer  Ayesha Mustafa for ethical fashion house Fashion ComPassion, Eco friendly designer Browyn Lowenthal from Lowie and shoe designer Meher Kakalia

Guests also had a chance to indulge in complimentary beauty treatments and hair consultations. In which i did take advantage of. I had a lovely massage by consultant Rehka (who works in the Wimbledon branch of Gina Conway) I was sent into space or atleast a very deep dream while my body took a whole different turn. It was divine. I didn't want it to end..

 Hair consultation

I had a hair consultation with Craig who done a spot on job and revitalise my chic bob while having conversation about men grooming, tips on how to curl with a GHD  and why he loves hairdressing..

I met the Gina Conway who owns Chelsea, Fulham, Wimbledon and Westborne branches. I couldn't help but notice her dress which was absolutely gorgeous a piece by Jigsaw - Floral Taffeta Prom Dress with a flirty full skirt and oversized bow tie waist .

Overall it was an enjoyable and pleasant evening with good vibes, mingling and networking with people. I left happy and with a goodie bag.

The Goodie bag consisted of  a book - titled "Feeling good with plants, extra large" by Sander Kroll & Medinella Menger, Aveda Brillant Damage Control Thermal protectant spray, Aveda Be Curly Shampoo, Diva popcorn, (Yes that is the name of it) Orla Kiely parfum, Penhaligons Artemisia Eau de Parfum, 15% off Food and Drink at JuJu, leaflets, booklets on the designers featured and complimentary spa treatment voucher.

I would like to thank Gina Conway and her team for a successful launch. I look forward in returning again. It was also fab meeting Ayesha Mustafa for Fashion ComPassion and Blue Topaz, the models for an outstanding display of the clothes and Adwoa for hooking me up.
